LQY-60型產(chǎn)品介紹及主要技術(shù)性能
(一)詳細(xì)技術(shù)說明
LQY-60型移動(dòng)強(qiáng)制式瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備,由主機(jī)、成品料倉(cāng)、除塵裝置、配料站、控制柜、空調(diào)室和磨煤機(jī)(燃煤型)等構(gòu)件組成。主機(jī)部分包括自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火裝置、油煤兩用燃燒爐、礦料提升機(jī)、烘干系統(tǒng)及驅(qū)動(dòng)、強(qiáng)制攪拌系統(tǒng)及驅(qū)動(dòng)、瀝青計(jì)量輸送裝置、石粉計(jì)量輸送裝置、多管式除塵裝置、過料密封系統(tǒng)、懸掛系統(tǒng)、制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、支撐腳等主要部件。其中強(qiáng)制式產(chǎn)品在2002年獲得國(guó)家專利局授予的《實(shí)用新型專利證書》(專利號(hào):ZL 02 2 19993.4),這種組合結(jié)構(gòu)受國(guó)家專利保護(hù)。
本設(shè)備采用間歇式雙烘干筒與雙臥軸強(qiáng)制攪拌器連為整體的結(jié)構(gòu)型式,整機(jī)占地面積小,移場(chǎng)就位拆裝方便,安裝周期短,操作簡(jiǎn)單,維護(hù)方便,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,具有成品料品質(zhì)好,整機(jī)具有一定技術(shù)含量,自動(dòng)化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度高等特點(diǎn),適用于高速公路路面的養(yǎng)護(hù)及高等級(jí)瀝青路面的筑養(yǎng)護(hù)作業(yè),是國(guó)內(nèi)外高等級(jí)公路筑養(yǎng)護(hù)市場(chǎng)較為理想的配套設(shè)備。
(二)LQY-60型具體性能特點(diǎn)如下:
1、2002年通過由福建省交通廳組織的產(chǎn)品技術(shù)鑒定,國(guó)內(nèi)筑機(jī)專家組成的鑒定委員會(huì)一致評(píng)價(jià)為,本設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)固,具有一定的技術(shù)含量,各項(xiàng)技術(shù)性能指標(biāo)合格,各種技術(shù)文件包括圖紙、工藝文件齊全有效,可規(guī)范指導(dǎo)批量生產(chǎn)。
2、通過福建省中心檢驗(yàn)所的質(zhì)量檢測(cè),設(shè)備生產(chǎn)能力完全符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
3、2003年榮獲年度福建省科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。
4、2005年榮獲年度福建省優(yōu)秀新產(chǎn)品獎(jiǎng)。
5、雙臥軸強(qiáng)制攪拌器采用意大利技術(shù)項(xiàng)目批量生產(chǎn)的關(guān)鍵部件,該部件廣泛應(yīng)用于強(qiáng)制式瀝青混凝土攪拌設(shè)備和國(guó)內(nèi)大型拌和樓。該產(chǎn)品具有一定技術(shù)含量和可靠的穩(wěn)定性。。
6、攪拌器下部卸料機(jī)構(gòu)采用雙重開閉結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
7、烘干筒部件采用高強(qiáng)度合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼Q345制造而成。
8、本設(shè)備底盤部件為整體車架式框架形式,采用18號(hào)重型槽鋼制造而成,并采用機(jī)械固定、液壓調(diào)整支撐腳及符合交通部行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的轉(zhuǎn)盤式行走拖掛裝置。
9、燃燒系統(tǒng)部分
9.1新型燃燒爐技術(shù)含量高,燃油型燃燒爐適用燃料為柴油,燃煤燃油兩用型燃燒爐適用燃料為煤粉,以及可替代燃燒的柴油、重油、渣油等可燃油。
9.2配備自動(dòng)點(diǎn)火裝置。
9.3燃燒爐爐膛內(nèi)采用套裝成型耐火磚砌制。
10、瀝青計(jì)量輸送裝置、石粉計(jì)量輸送裝置通過傳感器與可編程控制器進(jìn)行自動(dòng)計(jì)量。
11、除塵系統(tǒng)采用大口徑風(fēng)管及大功率引風(fēng)機(jī)離心除塵結(jié)構(gòu)形式。
12、配料站采用三斗計(jì)量方式,可實(shí)現(xiàn)可編程的電子疊加計(jì)量。
13、氣動(dòng)元件均采用國(guó)內(nèi)知名品牌產(chǎn)品,性能穩(wěn)定可靠,安全高效。隨機(jī)配備一臺(tái)空氣壓縮機(jī)。
14、主要運(yùn)動(dòng)部件聯(lián)接處均采用工藝獨(dú)特的迷宮式密封圈進(jìn)行聯(lián)接。
15、各驅(qū)動(dòng)部位、傳動(dòng)部位使用的電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速機(jī)、擺線針輪減速機(jī)等部件均采用國(guó)產(chǎn)品牌及正規(guī)廠家的配套產(chǎn)品。
16、大齒圈、托輪、導(dǎo)輪等回轉(zhuǎn)部件均采用球墨鑄鐵鑄造加工而成。
17、控制系統(tǒng)部分
17.1 采用日本三菱品牌的PLC可編程控制器、AD模塊及大屏幕可編程顯示終端。
17.2 提升機(jī)構(gòu)行程控制設(shè)計(jì)保護(hù)裝置。
17.3 有稱重系統(tǒng)傳感器數(shù)據(jù)采集回路設(shè)計(jì)。
17.4采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的控制線路中的主要元件交流接觸器和熱繼電器均采用國(guó)際名牌施耐德或者西門子品牌產(chǎn)品。

Product Introduction and Main Technical Specifications of LQY-60 Model
(1) Detailed Technical Description
The LQY-60 mobile forced type asphalt concrete mixing equipment is composed of main machine, finished product silo, dust removal device, batching station, control cabinet, air conditioning room and coal mill (coal-fired type) and other components. The main machine part includes automatic ignition device, oil and coal dual-purpose burner, mineral material elevator, drying system and drive, forced mixing system and drive, asphalt metering and conveying device, stone powder metering and conveying device, multi-tube dust removal device, material passing sealing system, suspension system, braking system, support feet and other main components. Among them, the forced type product was granted the "Utility Model Patent Certificate" by the National Patent Office in 2002 (Patent No.: ZL 02 2 19993.4), and this combination structure is protected by national patent.
This equipment adopts an integrated structure type of intermittent double drying cylinders and double horizontal shaft forced agitators. It has a small floor area, is easy to move, install and disassemble, has a short installation period, is simple to operate, convenient to maintain, stable and reliable in performance. It features good quality of finished materials and a certain technical content of the whole machine, with a high degree of automation and standardization. It is suitable for the maintenance of expressway surfaces and the construction and maintenance of high-grade asphalt roads, and is an ideal supporting equipment for the construction and maintenance market of high-grade highways at home and abroad.
(2) The specific performance characteristics of the LQY-60 model are as follows:
1.In 2002, the product was appraised by a technical appraisal committee organized by the Fujian Provincial Department of Transportation. The committee, composed of domestic construction machinery experts, unanimously evaluated that the equipment has a stable structure, a certain level of technical content, all technical performance indicators are qualified, and all technical documents including drawings and process documents are complete and valid, which can standardly guide mass production.
2. The equipment production capacity has been fully verified to meet the design requirements through the quality inspection by the Fujian Provincial Central Inspection Institute.
3.In 2003, it was awarded the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award of the year.
4.In 2005, it was awarded the title of "Outstanding New Product of Fujian Province of the Year".
5. The double horizontal shaft forced mixer adopts the key components of the Italian technology project for batch production. These components are widely used in forced asphalt concrete mixing equipment and large domestic mixing plants. This product has a certain technical content and reliable stability.
6.The lower discharge mechanism of the agitator adopts a double opening and closing structure form.
7.The components of the drying cylinder are made of high-strength alloy structural steel Q345.
8. The chassis components of this equipment are in the form of an integral frame structure, made of No. 18 heavy-duty channel steel, and are equipped with mechanically fixed, hydraulically adjustable support feet and a swivel-type towing device for walking that complies with the industry standards of the Ministry of Transport.
9. Combustion System Section
9.1 The new combustion furnace technology is highly advanced. The fuel oil type combustion furnace is suitable for diesel fuel, while the coal and fuel oil dual-purpose combustion furnace is suitable for pulverized coal, as well as alternative combustible oils such as diesel, heavy oil, and residual oil.
9.2 Be equipped with an automatic ignition device.
9.3 The furnace chamber of the combustion furnace is lined with precast refractory bricks.
10. The asphalt metering and conveying device and the stone powder metering and conveying device are automatically metered through sensors and a programmable controller.
11.The dust removal system adopts a large-diameter air duct and a high-power centrifugal dust removal structure with a blower.
12.The batching station adopts a three-bin metering method and can achieve programmable electronic superimposed metering.
13. All pneumatic components are made by well-known domestic brands, featuring stable and reliable performance, safety and high efficiency. A compressor is provided as standard equipment.
14.The connection points of the main moving parts are all connected by labyrinth seals with unique craftsmanship.
15.All the motors, reducers, cycloidal pinwheel reducers and other components used in the driving and transmission parts are all domestic brands and matching products from regular manufacturers.
16The large gear ring, supporting rollers, guide rollers and other rotating components are all cast and processed from ductile iron.
17. Control System Section
17.1 The Mitsubishi brand PLC programmable controller from Japan, AD module and large-screen programmable display terminal are adopted.
17.2 Design protective devices for the stroke control of the lifting mechanism.
17.3 Design of the data acquisition loop for the weighing system sensor.
18.In the control circuit with modular design, the main components, namely AC contactors and thermal relays, all adopt internationally renowned brand products from Schneider or Siemens.
